Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy governs purchases made on SandeshInvite (the "Service"). By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. No cancellations
SandeshInvite sells digital products and services that are delivered and made available to you immediately upon successful payment. Because access to the purchased features is granted instantly, orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed.
2. No refunds
All sales are final. Payments made for invitations, publishing, premium features, or any other digital service on SandeshInvite are non-refundable. As these are digital goods consumed immediately on purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, whether in part or in full.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to use the purchased features.
- Errors in the content you entered into your invitation.
- Accidental or duplicate purchases (see exceptions below).
3. Exceptions
In the rare event that you are charged more than once for the same order due to a technical or payment-gateway error, or you are charged but the purchased feature was not delivered, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and, where a genuine duplicate or failed-delivery charge is confirmed, issue a correction or refund of the affected amount. Any approved refund is processed to the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to reflect, subject to your bank or payment provider.
4. Governing law
This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable rules. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
