Terms of Service

1. The Service

SandeshInvite lets you create, customise, publish, and share digital invitations and manage your guest list. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make purchases. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or violates the rights of others.
• Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or harvest contact data you are not authorised to use.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload (invitation details, images, music, guest lists). You are solely responsible for that content and confirm you have the rights to use it. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process, and display your content as necessary to operate the Service — for example, to render and publish your invitation and email it to the guests you select.

5. Payments, pricing & taxes

Certain features require payment. Prices are shown before you purchase and may change over time. Payments are processed by our payment partners (Stripe and Razorpay); by purchasing you also agree to their terms. You authorise us and our partners to charge your selected payment method for the amounts displayed, inclusive of any applicable taxes.

6. Cancellations & refunds

Purchases are for digital products delivered immediately and are non-refundable and non-cancellable, except as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its templates, designs, software, branding, and content (other than your content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service and the templates to create your own invitations. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage our templates or the Service itself.

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates third-party providers (for authentication, payments, hosting, email, analytics, and error monitoring). We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of these third parties, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
